Model answer
Candidate experience affects whether good people accept our offers, whether they refer friends and how the company looks on sites like Glassdoor and AmbitionBox. Even rejected candidates can become customers or future hires. To improve it, I share the process and timeline at the start, so people know what to expect. I give updates within a few days after each round and never leave anyone without an answer. I make scheduling easy with self-booking links. I prepare interviewers so they are on time and respectful. When someone is rejected after interviews, I try to call them and share short feedback. I also send a short survey to candidates and use the results to fix weak points in the process.
