RED SAG Skills is built and run by RED SAG Fintech Solutions, a software company in Chennai, India. We hire for many roles ourselves, and we kept meeting people who had studied a subject but had never practised the job. This platform is our answer: practise the role, not just the subject.

Developers get LeetCode-style coding problems with an online judge. Every role — from AI engineer to recruiter — gets challenges from easy to hard and timed mock interviews. Points come only from real first solves and your best interview score, and the monthly leaderboard counts only recent work. Ranks have to be earned and kept.
