Model answer
I use AI tools mainly to speed up parts of the work. For example, generative fill in Photoshop for extending backgrounds, quick mood boards and rough concept images, removing backgrounds and resizing assets for many formats. It saves time on repetitive tasks so I can spend more time on the idea and the craft. The risks are real though. Licence terms differ between tools, and some outputs may look like existing artwork or include logos, which is a legal risk. AI images often contain errors in hands, text or product details, so I review everything carefully. Some clients do not allow AI at all, so I always check their policy and I am open about where I used it. AI is a helpful assistant, but the final decisions are mine.
