Model answer
I use a food delivery app almost daily. Its main users are busy people who want food quickly and reliably. One problem I and my friends face is ordering for a group at work: one person collects everyone choices on WhatsApp, then places the order and chases payments. I would improve this with a group order feature, where the host shares a link, each person adds their items and pays their share, and the host places one order. This targets office lunches, which are frequent and high value. I would start with a simple version without split delivery or complex rules. To measure success, I would track group orders created, completion rate, average order value and repeat usage by group hosts, with guardrails on delivery time and cancellations.
