Digital marketing changes fast. How do you stay up to date?

- Tests new features on small budgets
- Shares learnings with the team
Model answer
I follow official sources first, such as the Google Ads and Meta product update pages and GA4 release notes, because changes there directly affect my campaigns. I read a few trusted industry newsletters and podcasts and take part in marketing communities where practitioners share real results, not just theory. I also refresh platform certifications. But reading is not enough, so when a new feature appears, such as a new campaign type or AI creative tool, I test it on a small budget with a clear comparison against our current setup. I write a short summary of what worked and what did not and share it with the team. This keeps me learning while protecting the main budget from untested ideas.
