Model answer
The funnel describes how a person moves from not knowing a brand to becoming a loyal customer. At the awareness stage we want reach, so I would use video ads, social content or influencer posts and measure reach and view rate. In consideration, people compare options, so blog content, comparison pages, webinars and retargeting help, and I would track engagement and leads. At conversion, search ads for high-intent keywords, a strong landing page and offers matter, measured by conversion rate and CPA. After purchase comes retention, where email, WhatsApp updates and loyalty programmes drive repeat purchases and referrals. Each stage needs its own KPIs. In real life the journey is not a straight line, people jump between stages, so I use the funnel as a planning tool, not a strict rule.
