Model answer
One project I am proud of is a brand identity for a small organic tea shop in Pune. The owner wanted to look premium but still friendly, because her customers were young professionals and families. I started by visiting the shop, talking to a few customers and studying local competitors, who mostly used green leaves and generic fonts. I explored three concepts and chose one based on hand-drawn botanical patterns with a warm terracotta colour, which felt different in the category. The challenge was making the detailed pattern work on small labels, so I created a simplified version for small packs. After the rebrand, the owner told me her online orders grew and customers often shared photos of the packaging on Instagram. It taught me how much research shapes good identity work.
