Model answer
In UAT my role is to help business users confirm that the solution supports their real work. Before testing I agree the scope, select testers from the business and define entry and exit criteria, for example no open critical defects. I prepare realistic scenarios based on requirements and real cases, and link them in the traceability matrix so every important requirement is covered. During UAT I guide testers, answer questions and help them log clear defects. I triage each issue with the team: is it a defect, a change request or a training need. I track progress daily and share a simple status with the project manager. At the end I help the business owner make an informed sign-off decision, including any known issues and workarounds.
