- Map buying committees and key messages
- Coordinate channels and timing
- Share feedback and account insights quickly
- Measure engagement and pipeline per account
Model answer
I would start by agreeing the 30 accounts with marketing, using fit, intent signals and relationships, so we both believe in the list. Then we map each buying committee: who the users, technical evaluators and budget owners are, and what each cares about. Marketing builds tailored assets, such as industry pages, targeted ads and invitations to a small executive event, while I run personalised outreach timed around those touches. We meet weekly to share what is working: which accounts are engaging, which messages get replies, and what I hear on calls. Success is measured per account: engagement from the buying committee, meetings, opportunities and pipeline, not just clicks. That shared view stops the usual arguments about lead quality.
