Collapsing a decision table

Checkout rules: if the user is not logged in, redirect to login (other conditions do not matter). If logged in and the cart is empty, show "cart is empty" (payment does not matter). If logged in with items and the payment is invalid, show a payment error. Otherwise, place the order. The conditions are Logged in, Cart has items, Payment valid (all yes/no). How many rules remain after collapsing "don't care" entries?
