Content hidden under the top bar

The first list item is hidden behind the TopAppBar. What was missed?

Scaffold(topBar = { TopAppBar(title = { Text("Orders") }) }) { innerPadding ->
    LazyColumn { items(orders) { OrderRow(it) } }
}
