JIT makes a query slower
A PostgreSQL query that should take 30 ms now takes 400 ms. EXPLAIN ANALYZE shows "JIT: Functions: 120, Timing: Generation 20 ms, Optimization 180 ms, Emission 150 ms". What is the fix?
